Alan is a proven practitioner with a track record of success in transforming the performance of Chief Revenue Officers and the commercial performance of businesses. His experience has been gained in a variety of private and public blue-chip companies, most recently demonstrated through his work in the FinTech industry at Worldpay, where he was famous for helping build and lead “the world’s largest start up“ culminating in a highly successful IPO.
Alan has spent the past 7 years successfully engaging CROs across a variety of private equity portfolio companies as a mentor, coach and agent of change – focused on accelerating revenue growth.
His ‘customer centricity’ experience is also gained from several senior positions within global blue-chip companies in various sectors, including Shell International, Cable & Wireless, and BT Global Services.
Additionally, as an ex-professional badminton player and member of the GB Olympic squad, Alan leverages his elite sports values and coaching techniques to support business practices.
