Terms and Conditions for Training Courses by Optilium Limited

Refund Policy

Group Internet-based programs (Revenue Accelerator Modules and CRO 90 Day Plan Course): These programs are conducted live to a cohort of program participants. We, at Optilium Limited, are committed to building a strong and supportive cohort. Once a participant has enrolled in a program, no refunds will be granted. If the cohort date a participant has chosen is no longer suitable, we will accommodate them on another cohort date. All payments for the program must be made directly to Optilium Limited. We do not bear responsibility for any payments made to other entities.

Cancellation Policy

Group Internet-based programs (Revenue Accelerator Modules and CRO 90 Day Plan Course): Post the announcement of a program, Optilium Limited will strive to ensure the smooth conduct of the program. However, should there be a need to cancel a program, participants will be notified either via email or phone call. Participants will then be offered the choice to either enroll in the next scheduled program or receive a refund of the paid amount.

We aim to respond to all requests within one working day. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant member of the Optilium team for resolution.
